Tue - Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel before heading to the renowned House of Waterford Crystal. Witness master craftsmen at work as they create exquisite crystal pieces and discover the fascinating history behind Waterford’s world-famous sparkling legacy. Afterwards, return to the hotel for some free time to relax or explore the nearby sights at your own pace. In the evening, enjoy a tasty dinner at the hotel, choosing from a variety of delicious dishes, followed by tea or coffee to complete your day.
Wed - After a hearty breakfast, embark on a scenic journey aboard the Waterford & Suir Valley Railway, winding through picturesque countryside alongside the tranquil Suir River. In the afternoon, enjoy a visit to the Medieval Museum to explore Waterford’s rich history at your own pace, or relax using the hotel’s excellent leisure facilities. Thu - Begin your morning with a hearty full cooked breakfast at Treacy’s Hotel, fuelling you for the day ahead. Spend the day discovering the charm and history of Waterford, Ireland’s oldest city, renowned for its medieval architecture, vibrant arts scene, and warm, welcoming atmosphere. Wander through iconic landmarks like Reginald’s Tower, enjoy a leisurely stroll along the scenic quays, browse unique local shops and galleries, or relax in one of the cities inviting cafés and parks. Return to the comfort of Treacy’s Hotel in the evening for a delicious dinner, followed by the choice to enjoy engaging musical entertainment or simply relax and unwind in the warm atmosphere of the hotel.
Fri - Enjoy a final hearty breakfast at Treacy’s Hotel before checking out and travelling to Dublin. We will then board the Stena Line ferry for your scenic crossing back to Holyhead, concluding your unforgettable Waterford adventure.
