Hotel

Your holiday begins and ends at the Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa in Bournemouth, set on the East Cliff with sea views, before enjoying four nights at the charming Westhill Country Hotel in Jersey, where comfortable rooms, hearty meals, evening entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere provide the perfect base to explore the island. All bedrooms are comfortably furnished with en-suite facilities, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer, telephone, and walk-in showers available on request.

Itinerary

Sun – Bournemouth
Travel by Voel coach to the south coast and check in at the Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa, Bournemouth. Enjoy a welcome tea or coffee on arrival before settling into your room. This evening, relax over a three-course dinner with tea or coffee.

Mon – To Jersey
After breakfast we travel to the port for our ferry crossing to Jersey. On arrival, we’ll be met by Tantivy Blue Coach Tours for the transfer to our hotel in St Helier. We stay for four nights at the Westhill Country Hotel, where a warm welcome, hearty meals, and evening entertainment await.

Tue - Island Tour & Hamptonne Museum
Today we set out on a full-day guided island tour, discovering Jersey’s beautiful bays, rugged coastline, and pretty villages. Along the way we visit the Hamptonne Country Life Museum, where the island’s rural history is brought to life.

Wed – Day at Leisure
A free day to enjoy Jersey at your own pace. Take the hotel’s morning shuttle bus into St Helier for shopping and sightseeing, or simply unwind in the gardens or by the pool. Dinner and evening entertainment back at the hotel.

Thu – Jersey War Tunnels
This morning we join a local expert guide for a half-day excursion to the moving Jersey War Tunnels, which tell the story of the islanders’ experiences under German occupation. Return to the hotel in the afternoon with time to relax before dinner and evening entertainment.

Fri – Return to Bournemouth
After breakfast we say farewell to Jersey and transfer to the port for our ferry back to the UK. Continue by coach to Bournemouth for an overnight stay at the Ocean Beach Hotel & Spa, with dinner included.

Sat – Homeward Bound
Enjoy a final cooked breakfast before we rejoin the coach for the journey home.
