Itinerary
Day 1 – June 6th | Liverpool (Late PM Departure)
Begin your journey in Liverpool, where you’ll board your ship and settle in before setting sail later this evening. Your holiday officially begins as you ease into life on board.
Day 2 – June 7th | Day at Sea
Spend your first full day at sea enjoying the ship’s facilities, entertainment and open-deck views. It’s a perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and get to know your surroundings.
Days 3–4 – June 8th–9th | Pauillac, France (Overnight)
Arrive in Pauillac, gateway to the world-renowned Bordeaux wine region. Explore charming towns, historic vineyards and iconic châteaux. With an overnight stay, you have extended time to enjoy wine tastings, riverside cafés and the unique atmosphere of Bordeaux.
Day 5 – June 10th | Getxo (Bilbao), Spain
Dock in Getxo and discover the vibrant Basque city of Bilbao. Wander through the old town, explore lively markets or visit the world-famous Guggenheim Museum. With a full day to enjoy, you can experience both modern culture and local traditions.
Days 6–7 – June 11th–12th | Days at Sea
Enjoy two tranquil days on the open water as you journey toward Madeira. Take advantage of onboard activities, relaxation spaces and panoramic ocean views.
Days 8–9 – June 13th–14th | Funchal, Madeira (Overnight)
Arrive in beautiful Funchal, Madeira’s lush capital. Explore the island’s botanical gardens, scenic levada trails, colourful markets and dramatic viewpoints. With an overnight stay, you have time to savour local food, wine and the island’s warm, welcoming atmosphere.
Day 10 – June 15th | Day at Sea
Enjoy a calm, leisurely day at sea as you sail toward Portugal. Spend your time relaxing on deck, taking part in onboard activities, or unwinding with good company and ocean views.
Day 11 – June 16th | Lisbon, Portugal & River Tagus Sailing
Arrive early into Lisbon and spend the day exploring its historic neighbourhoods, grand viewpoints and cultural landmarks. In the afternoon, enjoy scenic cruising along the mouth of the River Tagus, passing notable sights including Belém Tower and the Monument to the Discoveries, before departing late in the evening.
Day 12 – June 17th | Matosinhos, Portugal
Spend the day in Matosinhos, known for its beaches, seafood and easy access to Porto. Explore coastal paths, sample local cuisine or venture into Porto’s historic centre before sailing away late in the evening.
Days 13–14 – June 18th–19th | Days at Sea
Take time to unwind during two peaceful days at sea as you make your journey back toward the UK. Make the most of the ship’s entertainment, dining and relaxation areas.
Day 15 – June 20th | Liverpool (Early AM Arrival)
Arrive back in Liverpool in the early morning, bringing your memorable journey through France, Spain and Portugal to a close.
