Itinerary
Day 1 – May 22nd | Liverpool (Late PM Departure)
Begin your voyage as you depart Liverpool this evening. Settle into your cabin, explore the ship and enjoy the anticipation of the Scottish landscapes awaiting you.
Day 2 – May 23rd | Day at Sea
Take a full day to relax at sea. Enjoy the ship’s leisure facilities, entertainment and open-deck views as you sail north toward the Orkney Islands.
Day 3 – May 24th | Kirkwall, Orkney (Early AM – Early PM)
Arrive in the historic town of Kirkwall, gateway to the Orkney Islands. Explore landmarks such as St. Magnus Cathedral or venture further afield to Skara Brae and the UNESCO-listed Heart of Neolithic Orkney. Enjoy rugged coastlines, ancient history and local island charm before sailing away in the afternoon.
Day 4 – May 25th | Stornoway, Isle of Lewis (Early AM – Late PM)
Spend the day in Stornoway, the cultural centre of the Outer Hebrides. Visit the impressive grounds of Lews Castle, stroll along the harbour or explore local museums and artisan shops. You may also wish to venture into the island’s dramatic landscapes of moorland, beaches and standing stones.
Day 5 – May 26th | Scenic Cruising: The Small Isles
Begin a day of scenic cruising as you glide past The Small Isles, known for their unique volcanic shapes and rugged beauty. Watch for seabirds and wildlife as you enjoy panoramic views from the deck.
May 26th | Scenic Cruising: Dutchman’s Cap (Bac Mòr)
Continue your journey past the striking profile of Dutchman’s Cap, one of the Hebrides’ most iconic and distinctive islands. Its dramatic silhouette is a highlight for photographers and nature enthusiasts alike.
May 26th | Scenic Cruising: Fingal’s Cave
Later in the afternoon, cruise by the legendary Fingal’s Cave, famed for its natural basalt columns and atmospheric acoustics. This remarkable geological wonder creates one of Scotland’s most memorable coastal views.
