Itinerary
Sunday – Travel north to the Scottish Highlands and arrive at your hotel. Settle into your room and relax before enjoying an evening meal at the hotel.
During your holiday, the following experiences will be included:
* A visit to Fort Augustus, including a relaxing cruise on the world-famous Loch Ness, taking in its stunning natural scenery, wildlife and fascinating history.
* A scenic journey on the Nevis Range Mountain Gondola, offering breathtaking panoramic views across the Scottish Highlands.
* A visit to the historic Ben Nevis Distillery in Fort William, where you will receive a warm Highland welcome and learn about traditional Scotch whisky production.
* A spectacular journey on the Jacobite Steam Train from Fort William to Mallaig, often described as one of the greatest rail journeys in the world. Enjoy dramatic landscapes of mountains, lochs and coastline, with free time to explore the bustling harbour town of Mallaig.
* Time in Oban, known as the “Seafood Capital of Scotland,” with its fresh local cuisine, charming atmosphere and beautiful coastal scenery, plus time to explore at your leisure.
Thursday – After breakfast, we depart the hotel and begin our journey home.
