Itinerary

19th July 2027 – Ferry Crossing & Arrival in Kildare
Your holiday begins with a ferry crossing from Holyhead to Dublin, offering a relaxed introduction to Ireland with time to enjoy the onboard facilities and views across the Irish Sea. On arrival, we continue through the Irish countryside to our hotel, the Clanard Court Hotel in Kildare. After checking in, you will have time to settle in and enjoy your first evening meal.

20th July 2027 – Powerscourt Gardens & Waterfall
After breakfast, we visit one of the highlights of the tour, the magnificent Powerscourt Gardens, widely regarded as one of the most beautiful gardens in the world. Our journey takes us through the stunning scenery of the Wicklow Mountains, offering spectacular views along the way. Set against the backdrop of the Sugar Loaf Mountain, the gardens feature sweeping terraces, ornamental lakes, Italian and Japanese gardens and beautifully landscaped grounds. We also visit nearby Powerscourt Waterfall, Ireland’s highest waterfall, cascading through a picturesque woodland valley.

21st July 2027 – National Irish Stud & Japanese Gardens
Today we visit the renowned National Irish Stud, one of Ireland’s most important thoroughbred breeding centres. Here you will explore the famous Japanese Gardens, beautifully designed to symbolise the journey of life through winding paths, water features and carefully planned planting. You may also visit St Fiachra’s Garden, a peaceful woodland garden inspired by the natural Irish landscape. This visit combines Irish heritage, horticulture and tranquil surroundings.

22nd July 2027 – Irish National Botanic Gardens
Today we travel to Dublin to explore the beautiful Irish National Botanic Gardens. Home to thousands of plant species from around the world, the gardens are set within beautifully landscaped grounds. Highlights include the historic Victorian glasshouses, colourful flower displays and peaceful walking paths along the River Tolka, offering a relaxing and inspiring experience.

23rd July 2027 – Return Journey
After breakfast we travel back to Dublin Port to board our ferry for the return journey to Holyhead, bringing this scenic and inspiring Gardens of Ireland tour to a close.
